Square sucks apparently they can't handle a 3500 charge thay made me refund the money so they hurt my business I have a lawyer and filing a lawsuit against Square
Hello @sppattersonmari I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Square account. Have you contacted customer service? There may be a fraud alert on this transaction and they can give you more information regarding this; the Square community of fellow sellers cannot look into your personal account. As far as Square being able to handle this large of a transaction...there are many sellers who process large amounts, and large volumes of payments. If you are new to Square, or there are circumstances regarding this transaction, it may have been flagged. Again, Customer Service is the place to find this out.
Here is some more info regarding account transfers and suspensions:
"If your transfers are suspended, we may have noticed some unusual activity on your Square account. Our system periodically reviews your transactions to keep your account safe from scams and fraud. We’ve found that some businesses sell products or services that are more prone to fraud or to receiving payment disputes from their customers. This may not necessarily be the reason your transfers are suspended, but our policy is to make sure your business is protected when our system notices something out of the ordinary."
If you have an attorney involved with this issue, ...they would be able to find out more information by contacting customer service. You would have to give your attorney this contact information. I hope you'll be able to find a resolution to this issue.
Yes I've already contacted them Square flagged it for no reason they said it was stolen card but it is not a stolen card Square was 100% wrong and they need to pay because they cost me money they suck
