Totally new to Square, I have been using Paypal for 8 years.
Tried to sign up for a new Square account yesterday. Thought I did everything correct but when I tried to verify it says I cannot be verified and cannot take payments. It then directs me to a help article with a list of things to check and then says try again. Round and round but no change.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
I did email support and they promptly replied with a link back to the help article I was already reading.
