Well I’m back again. Still sitting with 2 different business over 95%. I’m starting to feel like Square has a max on money that can be extended out to its customers. I feel like there is a back office list of businesses on a waiting list and when money frees up from other loans these businesses are offered. It’s the only plausible reason as to why we are all waiting so long. I took trust in my rep and from the square banking team back in July when I opened my 4th location. They assured me I’d be receiving offers soon. We had an on boarding offer from toast and we should have just went with them. We love square so we decided to stick with them. Hindsight is 20/20 but I’m starting to see it was a terrible choice to stick with square. We aren’t a big fish but we process about 7 mil a year with square and you would think that means something to them. With the way customer service is being handled as of late and by reading everything in this community square doesn’t care. Tonight was my deadline and I’ll be starting to move everything I have to toast. It’s a shame because we really love square for restaurants POS
