Square Transaction missing from Square history

We have a CMS that has recorded a Square Transaction ID, its un-mistakingly a Square Transaction ID, we know the length and it ends with an eV, its not a duplicate or anything like that... but yet we cant find it in Squares Transactions list. It doesnt seem to exist on Square at all... and yet a transaction had occurred... which brings me here scratching my head.

Does anyone know of a scenario where this could happen? Does Square have bugs?
