Square Sales Team, I need to speak with a rep

I am not sure what level of existing customer gets a direct contact within Square.  In 2022 we did $745,360 in sales, most of which was CC through Square processing.  I would hope that is enough.

We made a business entity change at 12/31/22-1/1/23 change over.  I have some challenges I would appreciate being able to speak with a knowledgeable Square representative.

We use Square for Restaurants, Square Team, and Square Payroll.  It really isn't a tech support question.

Thank you in advance.  My cell and email is in our account profile.

Michael

This info from Square website might be a good place to start...

You can contact Square Customer Success through live chat or by phone. Our support number is 1-855-700-6000. We’re available from Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, PST.

The live chat may be a good place to try as well. You can be doing other things while they connect and if your issue needs more support than they can provide, they should be able to connect you with your account manager or someone in Customer Success to help you directly.

This article may help as well.

Something to consider is starting with Chat (if you haven't already). Sometimes the fastest route to an in-person conversation is working with a chat person long enough for them to realize they can or cannot help you. This often gets you directly to a support individual if more complicated than chat can support.

Good luck!

Hi Michael,

I would definitely reach out to Support if you're having issues with your change over. If you're having issues with the system we might be able to offer solutions, if you want to recommend suggestions for future features creating ideates are always super helpful so that the developers can track requests.

I know there are regional Square reps depending on your needs, reaching out to support is the quickest way to get in touch with Square reps.

All the best!

Feels like I did this yesterday but not seeing my response, I'll try again...

@TXMike you might try reaching out via chat to get started. Sometimes the fastest way to a person over the phone is for a virtual session to not have the answer you need.

I asked a support rep about talking to someone in sales/customer relations..  They would/could not transfer me to a human in sales/customer relationships.  They took my information and basically said that "if" my account was big enough they would contact me.   That was a month or so ago.  Apparently $745k/yr in sales does not warrant direct contact.

Mike - I hurt for the frustration you are feeling in this. I had my own issue with a marketing campaign that required human interaction. I called the number above and pressed #'s 2, 9, & 1 like ten times as I listened to the prompts before being transferred to a person. They transferred me two more times, and each knew a little more than the last. Eventually, Jennifer helped me out. We weren't able to resolve the challenge I had due to technical limitations, but I can say they are available and helpful if you can remain patient with the process. They work to help us and just need to opportunity to shine at doing so.

Stick with it, hoping for the best outcome for you.
