Hello. I started a business a couple years ago. Started using square and made my first sale with it. They took my money. It went in and did not show back up. User beware.

Welcome to the community. Just to clarify, you started a new business a couple of years ago, and you just recently made your first sale? Have you tried calling into customer support? This might not be a "user beware" situation but more so a "user verification" issue to protect all parties involved. I would start by reaching out to support first since we are a public forum and unable to dive into account specifics such as banking.

As @Minion said, this does sound like it could be an issue with verification, as Square would not just keep your funds with no communication on what was occurring.
