Setup guide not completing? Cannot transfer funds as a result

Currently on Square Production account and taking live payments. However, the setup guide has been bugged and as a result I cannot transfer funds from Square to my business account. I have completed 3/4 steps on the setup guide however it will not allow me to complete the final step in regards to submitting Business Information. 

 

Square engineers are working on a fix but has anyone else encountered similar issues and found a fix?

Hi there @WC123, thanks for flagging this. 

 

From your description it sounds like there was a slight delay in the activation of your account which our engineers will be able to resolve.

 

If you have been in touch with our customer support team and the case has been escalated already, it shouldn't take too long for account to be fully activated and your  transfers will be up and running. 

 

I can't check account specific details here, so please do keep in touch with support on this if you don't receive an update soon. Sorry about the inconvenience here.
