Hello @artistisind thanks for your post. Are you talking about Square marketing or product emails? If so you can adjust your preferences on your dashboard.
Go to Account and Settings > Account > Email Notifications.
You should also be able to click on an Unsubscribe at the bottom of a marketing email. I hope this helps answer your question.
