Hi everyone,

New seller here hoping for some advice or shared experiences.

My account got flagged under review yesterday evening after a transaction. Last night I received an email from the Square Secure Team saying the review was finished, everything looks good, and access is fully restored (with wording like "You're all set to get back to business").

But as of today (Saturday), the Dashboard still shows the account as "currently under review," my balance is listed as "Unavailable," and transfers are "Paused."

I've tried logging out/in, clearing cache, incognito mode, different devices, and the Square app — no change yet.

Has anyone run into this exact mismatch (email says restored, but UI/Dashboard still locked)? How long did it take for the hold to actually lift and funds become transferable? Any tricks to force a sync?

It's pretty urgent for me (need the funds for rent due soon), so any insight would be hugely appreciated — whether from other sellers or if Square staff can chime in.

I'd recommend checking your emails for an email from our Account Services team as they typically reach out that way and can direct you further. You can also check your online Dashboard for a notification as well.
