I don't know if this is the proper place to ask but I can't find anything anywhere and customer service is "closed" I guess.
But, I keep getting these requests where they ask me questions, like "upload invoice" "how do you know his payment method is his" stuff like that, I guess trying to make sure I'm not receiving money from a stolen card and whatnot. Problem is, it's saying I've completed 100% of the questions but it's not under review like it should be when I complete them. And files have uploaded to questions I didn't put there. Basically, it's malfunctioned somehow and it's hard to describe, but I can't be the ONLY one with this problem so maybe someone knows what I'm talking about? I just know my money is suspended, and it's malfunctioned and I don't know what to do or how to fix it. I'd provide screenshots but I don't see a place to do that. Thanks. 😕
Ok figured it out. The first screen shot is what I'm talking about. The second one is where my issue is. You see how there are... well 4 files now? I've only uploaded 1 but somehow more keep showing up. Even if I remove them, and re-upload the 1 I need. I've tried clearing then out and submitting it with none and reuoloading just the 1. I've tried that. But then clicking complete, then reuploading the 1. I've tried using a different browser. 😕 no matter what I do they keep coming back and I'm not getting a notification saying "under review" and as you can see in the first screenshot it says it's 100% complete. It always turns green as soon as I submit and says "under review" and timestamps when I completed it.
