Reoccurring Classes - How to change the booked date

I don’t think it’s currently a feature. But does anyone know if there is a way to move a client’s booking from one class to another class with the same cost (or even specifically within a reoccurring class). We often get people who pay for a class but then want to switch to another date and we either have to track that change manually or refund them and have them book the changed date. Which costs us the fees two extra times.

 

it would be really nice to be able to just move the booking to a different session.

There is currently no way to manually move a customer's booking from one class to another without refunding the original booking first. I think it's a good idea though, and I'd suggest filing a feature request here. I'll also mention this to our Product Team !
