Our funds were put on hold a couple of days ago. Yesterday, I received a loan offer which I applied for, while funds were unavailable.
Today my account was under full review and I had to answer a lot of questions and provide evidence - now I am waiting to hear back. I am also in the middle of waiting for the loan application result.
I believe the suspended funds/account review is due to a post-purchase upsell we've been displaying to customers. If the customer completes the purchase, this means transactions happen in quick succession from the same person so I can see why Square flagged these payments.
Will this account review throw off the loan? One of the criteria is to have no account reviews.
