I’ve made three attempts in the last month to contact Square about purchasing a new POS system. As of yet I have not received a call back. I’ve been a customer of Square for at least 8 years ... the last person I spoke too said “are you currently a Square customer” . I’ve always been extremely satisfied but my patience is waning. Please respond.

it was the only way I could get an actual human to help me last week. Seems the sales Dept is always Ready & available (go figure)
I’ve been with them 10 years and they have really disappointed me these last 6 months. Zero help when you need them and will hold funds whenever However long they want. Way to take care of struggling small businesses during a pandemic. Hold their funds with no options!

Thank you, that was the last number I called. The person I spoke to said they would send my account executive a instant message and email to contact me within 24 hours. That was Tuesday .... so far nothing .
