Realase my funds .

Your team is trying to assist, but unfortunately, they are unable to resolve the issue. The individuals I need to access my funds won’t be available until Monday. When dealing with a business and people's finances, it’s crucial to have a qualified representative on hand to address any problems. This marks the third time in a month that my account has been under review following each deposit. This is my livelihood, and I find this situation completely unacceptable. It’s essential to prioritize customer care; it’s shameful to hold my funds without anyone available for two days to help. We’re talking about money that people rely on to survive, and yet this large company can’t provide assistance for days, even though you’ve no problem taking my funds. How can you operate with such policies?

AS you found out Square is not available on weekends to fix these types of issues.  This forum is basically ran by other business owners and some moderators which none of use can see in your account to inform you what is happening with your account.  I have my account setup with Next Day Transfers, so my funds are alwas available the next day or by Monday Morning.  If you need these faster you could do one of 2 things, an Instant transfer, or setup a Square Bank account with a Debit card if you need these funds on weekends and can not wait from a Friday to Monday morning.  All my sales on a Friday, are in my account Monday which is stated here : 

Payments taken before 5 PM PT/8 PM ET will be available in your bank account the next business day. Payments accepted on Friday before 5 PM PT will post to your bank account by Monday morning (depending on your bank’s processing speeds).

Payments taken after 5 PM PT/8 PM ET will be available in your bank account by the second business day. Next business day transfers are not sent on Saturdays.

Now if your account is under review for the 3rd time in a month there is another issue going on that you need to take care of.  I have had my account since 2019, and never had my account under review that my funds were not available as the agreed upon settings I setup with Square when I setup my account. 

 

Now since we can not see your account, you would need to contact Square Support which is below in my Signature line.

 

Do you have a bunch of Charge Backs, selling something with CBD in it or going against selling something Square does not allow? These are just some possible reasons for an account being under review.
