Where is my Magstripe reader?

I ordered a reader from square it cost me 52 dollars and change days have gone by and I haven’t seen it when I check it says it’s delivered but I never received it same thing with my card for the account I thought it was lost so I sent for a new card but I paid hood money for my reader I would like to know what’s going on

On our system, your reader appears as Delivered on November 29th. If that wasn't the case. Please reach out to our support team as soon as possible so they can help get to the bottom of this and submit an expedited replacement if necessary.
