Good luck.  I am a primary care doctor in the same position.  It has been ten days and they are now holding 1000s of my money under the premise that I sell CBD products.  I have emailed them three times, filled out their stupid form, and am still locked out of my account.  I contacted an attorney 2 days ago as I think this has the makings of a class-action lawsuit.  I previously posted about this a couple of other times and all my posts have been deleted as have the posts of other individuals with similar problems.  Please screenshot your post and your transfer balance as other individuals have now posted that all their money is gone. No one is available to call and no one responds to emails.  This has been the universal experience of all posts I have read to date.  Change your credit card processor immediately.
