We are small business we had fraud 4 transactions happened on jan 12th 2024 until now square not responding. No emails yet. One of the banking team said one time they don't know what happened to the money and it lost . Eventhough I requested the email regarding the transactions. They never send it to us. We lost $2000 , square isn't helping. They were saying because of their banking rules they canny do anything. And I don't what banking rules and I asked what is the banking rules she seems doesn't know what is the answer for that. We have only option is go ask legal help. Please let us know if you have similar issue and what have you done to solve this.
