So I've set up an account but how can I order a free reader?

Hi: I realize this thread is quite out of date, but I too just signed up and was advertised a free reader, and can not get it to allow me to order it. I clicked the link above "Free Reader Request" then clicked send me a reader but it is still charging me $10.70. I do not see a promo code anywhere to use to get the initial free one. Any help with this would be great. Thanks in advance!
