I have sent multiple emails to square support i refunded a customer 16,000 dollars on August 30 they haven't received a refund

well, that is today.  typically It takes anywhere from 1-5 business days for the credit card companies to process refunds, but it can be longer.  as long as it shows you refunded in your Square account you are all set.
