The transaction is showing on y dashboard but the balance is not showing in y account

If you're missing a transaction from your balance you may want to confirm the payment method used to complete the transaction if it was Cash, Check, or another type of payment (not card), it will not appear in your balance. 

 

If this is not the case then phone support is available Mon-Fri 6 am - 6 pm PST. Our Support team would be able to look into this with you!
