One ‘support representative’ even told me I needed to provide every months bank statements from 2017 to present. I asked to speak with a supervisor and surprise, surprise, the ‘manager’ never responded.

I would like to personally look into this for you @crwkathleen. I will be sending you the same exact email and I will need you to send one Bank statement for each year (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021). These statements need to be in PDF form and must have the same Tax Payer information that is on the Tax document page in your Square Dashboard.
I am well aware that you have provided these documents already but I am working on escalating this case and want to have all the documents in one place to have this worked on in an expedited matter.
We will most likely need to do this once for each of the locations that need a corrected 1099-K (please let me know which locations need to be corrected so I can send you one email for each location).
This process is complicated as you can see and it is federally required to be this way.
I will keep an eye out for your reply with which locations need to be corrected so I can create the number of cases and send you the same number of emails (1 per location) so you can then reply back with the statements for those locations.
I hope this information is helpful and I am hopeful we will get to the bottom of this.
