Problem getting reserve funds on scheduled release date

I have a reserve restriction as a roofing contractor despite providing contracts, invoices, bank statements, and other requested information showing that my transactions are for services that have been completed. The reserve is set for 10% with a hold of 60 days. Due to the size of my transactions the amount being held in reserves is significant and a large part of my profits. I’ve spoken to account services about lifting the reserves but they’ve informed me I have to wait. The scheduled date for release was set for today at 12:08pm cst 60days from the time of the initial transaction. When I go to the reserve activity it shows the funds have been released however they are not in my square balance. It is now 7:36pm on the date the funds were scheduled to be released and still it is not reflected in my balance. It is a Saturday but I was told by account services that would not impact the funds being released to my square balance. I’m expecting funds to be released every other day for the next 2 or 3 weeks and I’m concerned that they won’t be. Is there a time of day all reserves are released or are they released at the time of the initial transaction on the scheduled date? I’ve contacted account services with no response and I really can’t afford to continue waiting any longer. Please if anyone can provide any advice or information that might ease my mind it would be greatly appreciated because at this point I have no faith in account services or square doing what they say.

Hi there, @NAWO,

Due to the nature of your post being account specific, I've moved it to a private board per our Community guidelines. The Seller Community is intended for seller to seller conversations and we do not have access to account specifics here. I'd recommend checking your emails for an email from our Account Services team as they typically reach out that way and can direct you further. You can also check your online Dashboard for a notification as well.
