Anyone has any problem connecting their square hardware to their phone ?
I have an iPhone XR and my square was bought this year. It worked on thursday and then stopped working the next day. I did everything they said to do on the troubleshooting page related to the hardware. My phone does not find the square. I tried both ways, inside the bluetooth page of the iOS and inside the Appointment app.
Any leads ?

So sorry to hear about this continued trouble with your Contactless Reader. These specific troubleshooting steps have been proven to help resolve these sort of pairing issues, but it sounds like you may have already given them a shot.
If you've exhausted these steps with no improvement, we would recommend flagging this over to our Support Team directly. They can take a bit more 'hands-on' approach to assist here.
