My square register continues to stop recognizing the USB so in turn my printer doesn't work,my cash draw , I can't even get a charge for a phone off of the inline USB . When I call square support they are rude and very disrespectful to me and my time . This is a recurring issue that I just want resolved. I asked to speak to a manager and the customer service rep just played games with me and refused to transfer my call
I spent over 3 1/2 on the phone trying to get a supervisor. To help me this time . You can tell your customer service reps hate their job it's just sad . The supervisors need to fired for not helping the customers or the staff . What a horrible place to work !!
I am shopping with toast and clover to see which one will replace square . I have beed a customer for over 10 years . Sad to see square go so downhill.
Anyone else share this type of disrespect and poor customer service?
