Pending deactivation notice

We are a small law firm , and received a notification that we are "pending deactivation" specifically citing Section 3 of General Terms and Payment Terms. We have reviewed these extensively and haven't broken any of them.

We've chatted multiple times with customer service who responds that they will escalate the issue and contact us with 24-48 hours, but we have yet to be contacted.

 

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about your going through a potential deactivation.  Since this is account specific and a public forum without access to your account there really isn't much.   I know I have seen threads like this before in the past pop up every now and again when the system seems to flag something in ones account.  Hopefully someone will reach out to you.  I would give it a couple more days and try to call them again and ask if there is any further information that you can provide.  Sorry I can't be of any better help.  Best of luck and hopefully you get a positive response soon.
