Hi, I had an old bank account linked to me square app. I received payments through my website and my square balance is showing $0.00. I have not updated to my current account, but what do I do about previous payments?

Generally speaking, if funds have been sent to a closed bank account, they will automatically bounce back to your Square account within a few business days. This process will almost certainly take a little longer than usual over the holiday period, which has a number of bank holidays!
If you've not already, you can change the bank account linked to your Square account so that when funds bounce back, we'll then attempt to send them to a new bank account.
