PAYMENT DISPUTES - EVIDENCE NOT BEING LOOKED AT

I've had hundreds stolen from me after people dispute their transactions after having received the product we ship them and when we provide our evidence that shows they are 100% stealing hundreds from us- we still lose the case with the banks. Square should have better or a bigger say in the case because this is total fraud and robbery. I had this guy steal over $700 worth of product and had all the evidence to show it- even him posting the product on his instagram pages (see attached). The banks do not look at any of the evidence we provide them and they simply do not care. These kind of cases need to be give us better options on what to do next. If you ask Square support all they will say is literally- "there is nothing we can do" that is total bs if they knew what it takes to earn all this hard earned money. I know for certain there is others that agree.
