Order stubs printing for item categories I specified NOT to print!

I had to factory reset my Square Register, now this bug has popped up. I set all my printers to how they were before. We have a kitchen printer and a receipt printer at the register. Both are set to print order tickets/stubs for items in Food category only. But the receipt printer will print a stub for ALL categories. Meaning a stub is printed for every transaction. This is no good! We are a bar and our food sales are only 15% of all sales. My workaround is turning off stub printing, print their receipt manually, then circle their order number with a pen on their receipt. Frustrating!

If you mean calling the Indian customer service, no thanks. They are not helpful at all and will just tell me to do a factory reset.

Hi @BasementFacts - Violet here, following up for @JJ_

I'd like to make sure you've seen our Community Etiquette Guidelines. We ask that all members be respectful and collaborative, and approach interactions here from a place of curiosity. In this post, your choice of words regarding our Support Team do not fall within these guidelines. As a company, we strive to hire individuals from various backgrounds and are proud of the diversity represented on our team.

We know that sometimes tone can be misconstrued in online interactions and we want to make sure that The Community is a collaborative environment where anyone can ask or answer a question and expect a respectful response. While it's okay to be frustrated or disagree, please keep these guidelines in mind during future interactions and posts. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I recommend double-checking your printer station settings on all of your devices. You mentioned you checked the "categories to print" section, but I'm wondering if there could be a duplicate printer station on one of the devices causing this issue. I've seen this happen in the past.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue. I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
