We don't have a feature that would allow you to do this, but I'll make sure to bring this to the attention of our Product Team.
A workaround would be to create a quaterly subscription that ends after 1 billing cycle, then recreate a monthly subscription once the quaterly subscription has ended. However, I understand this isn't ideal as it requires manual input.
I'll let you know if this ever become available !
