No Longer Receiving Order Notification Emails

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Order Notification"

 

My Weebly and Square accounts were manually unlinked, (I was transferring my website to square however it wasn't capable of what I needed). I'm now running Weebly as I was previously - however I am no longer receiving email order notifications and none of your support topics cover how I can ensure I receive notifications when I get an order.

Hello again @forkitf and thanks for your patience here.

The Square Online Team shared some info that should help you locate your order notification emails. Your notification emails should now be sent to the email address associated with your Weebly account, since you've disconnected your Square account, so just be sure to check the inbox for the correct email address.

Depending on your email provider, notifications will sometimes be filtered to your spam folder. Double check your spam folder and add the following email addresses to your contacts:

 

If you're still having trouble after this, I suggest connecting with our Support Team here, so they can take a look at your account, since we're unable to do so via the Community.
