My new contactless reader connects to iPad Pro but not Square app

I have a new contactless card and chip reader that will connect to my iPad Pro ( Bluetooth) but won’t work in the Square app? Any ideas?

Hey @IWD - Do you mind sharing more details about what happens when you attempt to use your reader within the app? Is the app not seeing that the reader is connected? Are you receiving any error messages? Once we have that information, we can narrow down what might be going on.
