My manual payments have stopped being drafted from available funds?

The last 2 payments have been deducted from my linked bank account, as oppose to the available square checking funds. I have plenty of funds on square account, I guess I made the payments late night over the weekend; but I doubt that’s the reason they keep deducting from my linked account….or is it?? I feel like I’ve made plenty of manual payments on weekends and never ten into this sudden issue. PLEASE HELP.
