I am a travel agency. I take payments for Vacations. I have a dispute on my record for one vacation, but 11 payments. It looks like 11 separate disputes. How will this affect my loan of eligibility? Is there any way of noting that this is just one vacation?

It's going to be up to Customer Support moving forward. A lot of info that Square has about one's account history is most likely determined by algorithms - how much of that is reviewed by a human is not known. Just guessing but, most likely it will appear as 11 disputes as you stated there are 11 transactions. You may want to start here first. Hopefully some of the other small business owners (members) can offer some thoughts as there is quite a bit of hand's on experience here.
