My balance doesn’t show a sale I just made

I had a previous customer purchase a new product.

he made the payment and it shows in transaction it’s not showing up in my balance this is going to cost my thousands of dollars due to loss of time and making it look very unprofessional.

I contacted square and they just kept laughing and hanging up because I was so frustrated I can’t believe this is happening this is a 3,500 purchase I need to pay employee and to pay for materials I can’t believe this help please

@EberhardtI'm sorry you're having an issue with your balance. I would check the following in your Square online dashboard:

Go to Balance, and see what your available balance is, and scroll down to see an upcoming transfers. Is this where you're looking for your balance? It may take to the next business day to see Balances versus Transactions (which is more immediate).

 

Have you processed payments in the past through Square or are you a new user? Do you already have a bank account setup to receive payment transfers?

it doesn’t show anywhere in balance but it shows in transactions

 this is a customer who’s last purchase of over 3 k went through fine using the same card from about a week ago maybe less

Also none of this verification was necessary until I asked about why this was happening.

 Then a minute or so after I called customer support I got a email asking to verify some information which I did.

now they are saying it’s going to take a 1 to 2 business days to verify which conveniently falls on a Saturday

 I have so much trouble with square 

like they are making up these rules as they go and the more questions I ask the more they make up stuff to take no accountability  when I asked to talk to a supervisor they hung up on me after laughing
