My Bank Account still hasn't been verified after 2 weeks

Hi there,

My bank account still hasn't been verified after 2 weeks. My transaction is pending. How long does it take to make this happen? Has the customer been debited? Can I transfer the money myself without a fee? Feeling frustrated.

The manual bank verification process can take up to 4 business days. The funds from any transactions you make in the meantime will remain in your Square balance and will be transferred to your bank account once it's been successfully verified. If your bank verification happens to fail, I recommend reviewing these troubleshooting steps from our Support Center.
