Square are stealing money from me.
3weeks ago I had to give 3 fares because of signal problems from square.
£15 might not seem much but it’s £15 that should’ve been in my pocket, not theirs.
the problem was resolved and I was given 1000 free Transactions.
Last night, I drove to Manchester Airport to drop off a gentleman. The fair was £250 which he paid by card transaction.
I’ve checked mu account this morning and lo and behold they have stolen £2.50 which in the first place should have been free with the 1000 free transactions.
So is it squares policy to steel from every transaction, I do.
Obviously, it’s such a bad company. They don’t have people on the phone at the weekend.
I think it’s about time I looked out elsewhere because thieving money of people is something that I cannot and will not abide by.
I will have a go at ringing up on Monday morning and hopefully I’ll get something that speaks English not far away foreign taking work away from people in England. 🏴

I understand your concern and I'd be happy to help. When free processing promotion is applied to your account, after each transaction, we'll automatically credit your Square balance with the transaction fee and the reimbursements will be grouped with your upcoming transfers.
The best way to check this is through the Get Free Processing tab of your online Square Dashboard. Beneath Active Rewards, you can view the amount processed, view your transactions and your rewards history. You can also see the breakdown for transaction fee reimbursements in Balance > Transfers.
Please note: Square employs staff all over the world to support Square sellers in all locations. If you haven't had a chance to, please review our Community Etiquette Guidelines. We ask that members be respectful and collaborative, and we do not tolerate any displays of bigotry towards other members or Square staff.
