Money being put on hold

I have this fear of getting my money being put on hold for 90 days after making such sales (ive had that happened to me when i had etsy) and didnt know that it was a thing. Obviously was bummed out and panicked about how im gonna be able to support myself. Now being a different story and i own a small local pop restaurant. Does putting my account on hold a thing when it comes to pre ordering online or does this only occur on online merchs that is being sold? I do also plan selling merchs in the future with my website but i dont mind whatever profit i get from it being hold as its not priority. But im just concern if it happens with my pop up resto for pre orders. I know this may sound so silly but i just wanted to confirm.
