Missing Transactions. Help!

I did an event today and watched every single transaction as they were approved. I have been using square for a year with the same process and nothing is ever recorded as cash. I’m missing a significant number of my transactions from the day. Will they eventually show up or am I getting screwed out of a large amount of profit? Has anyone else had this happen and how was it resolved?

Unfortunately, we can't pinpoint what happened to these transactions without looking at your account and reports with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. For this type of issue, I suggest that you get in touch with our Support Team so they can take a closer look.
