Manually Entering Refund

My client wanted a refund that was already paid. She did not want to wait for the bank to refund her, so I sent an etransfer. I have no idea how to issue a refund without it trying to leave my bank. I don’t want it shown on my reports because I don’t have the money anymore. Helpppp
