Hi,

I had issues today 13th August 2022.
Credit card sales went through being identified as successful, but upon looking at transactions the sale was not recorded, whilst it was shown as charged in the customer’s bank account.

This resulted in a significant disruption to my business and taking along with products being supplied to the customer’s and not receiving payment due to Square software. 
I looked for the transactions on two seperate devices and also via the web based application.

I was unable to get any form of support from Square at the time also

While we're not able to look into account specific issues via our community forum, please get in touch with support for further assistance here. They will be able to look at the transactions in question and provide further information. You can call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri AEST.

Did this happen to every transaction, or one/some? If you received any messages that might have indicated the transactions were declined/voided, it's possible there may have been issues on the customer's card provider end.

sunday 25th sept 2022 four successfull transactions have vanished ,support not helpfull
