Previous POS systems I used, Global POS, Loyverse, etc, had the ability to see the order on the KDS as it was taken from the customer. This would make our fast food even faster as the order was cooking already while they were paying.
I was promised that it was a very requested feature and that it would come soon.... so I switched to Square....still waiting and it's been over a year now.
