Issue with Square Loans - frozen money in my square savings account

Hi I'm Jacob and I am experiencing a problem with square loans as they have completely frozen all the money in my square savings account and are holding it saying that I am under review even though I'm current on my loan but yet they still are holding my funds for a reason they will not readily give me I've spoken with support on multiple occasions just to be told I must wait for the e-mail explaining why I cannot spend my money when I have bills due.
