Invoices/contracts don't show my business name

Recently I noticed that when I send an invoice or a contract, it says the item is coming from Clackamas instead of my name or my business name. When I look at my business settings, everything is fine. What the heck is happening??

 

My business name is Solid Serve Legal which is reflected in my About My Business settings. My logo is showing but the text of the contract or invoice says it is coming from Clackamas (the city in which I work).

Hi @teagodfrey  - I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your Square Invoices has brought you to the Seller Community😥

 

I recommend double-checking your business information on your Square Dashboard. From the homepage, click on Settings on your left then Account & Settings. On the Account & Settings page, click on Business Information on the left and then click Locations. Click on your location and you'll be brought to the Location Details screen. Be sure to check the row at the top that says "location business name" because this is what will display on your Invoice.

Once you've updated that section, click save. Then, I'd suggest sending yourself a test invoice to make sure everything looks correct
