I had a customer pay an invoice on Saturday. It shows up as Transaction but the money is no where. It says transferred when I click payment information on the invoice. When I click the word transfer I go to another screen there's nothing listed. I'm trying to figure out where is my money.
@Browngirl0801 Go to your online dashboard and go to Banking ---> Balance and you can see a report of all of the transfers and where they are generating etc. This is the best report to see when a balance was transferred. It usually takes 2-3 business days for this to happen.
I would caution if you are a new account and this is the only transaction it can be flagged if it is a large amount as these are considered "not in person" transactions and are at the risk of the highest fraud potential.
