Hey @ChellsGifts2017. According to the various AfterPay help documents found here in the Community:
“Afterpay is a buy now, pay later (BNPL) service that allows customers to pay for online orders in four interest-free payments over six weeks. You get the full amount—up front.”
However, there’s no mention whether or not your balance reflects the invoice amount immediately, or if there is a slight delay.
