you will have to deposit that into your bank business account or if you don't have that a bank may deposit it to a personal account depending on how the check is made out.

As for receiving it into Square, you can ring up the sale with payment type Check.  If you don't see Check as a payment type, you can go to your dashboard under Account & Settings, and choose to set Check as an accepted payment type.  The other option is to receive it in as Cash and include it in your cash drawer deposit.
