The same is happening with my account and all I did was give you guys my new phone number so I can login. Now, having been under "review" for 5 days... I can't access the customers funds to buy their domains. I will have to just move to a new payment processor, if this is not resolved Monday. I don't want to but soon the customers will be asking for refunds! 😮

My account has been under 'review' for 5 days now. Every time I call I am unable to get anything resolved and am told that I will be contacted via email but the email asks me to call. 

 

I recently went through a name-change with my business and we updated the phone number I had contacted you to update the number and you refuse to allow me to access my funds. You cannot continue to hold my funds for safety but not allow me to provide whatever supporting documentation to prove that it was me that needed to access our dashboard.
