@nixonsaintfleur ;

Did you do an Instant Transfer which has its own fee, and does BofA work with Instant transfers over the weekend?  When you send an Instant Transfer from Square the money is withdrawn then, but if you BofA account can not accept the Instant Transfer this could take till Monday.  This is why I just use the Daily Deposit as I explained in this before.  I also Take out the $$ I need for over a Weekend before the weekend because of banks weekend hours and not Transferring money on a Sunday or after certain hours on a Saturday.  You may have to wait for BofA to open on Monday to see the amount deposited from Square.  Like I said before my Saturday Sales and my Sunday Sales, even though set up for the next Day transfer, do not show up till Monday.  This is because Saturday after 6pm my bank is closed and also closed on Sunday, so Monday when I wake up I see 2 deposits or 2 Pending deposits from Square.  This is usually because of when I check my Bank account.

You do not mention when you made these transfers.  That might be why you do not see them in your BofA account yet.  If you made them say over the weekend they may not show up until Monday.  I have never done a Transfer from Square to my business bank account.  My setting are for Daily Deposits from Square to my business account.  When I first started with Square, on Mondays I would see 3 deposits from Square, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays deposit (Transfer) amounts from Square in my bank.  Sometimes when I look at my bank account I can see PENDING deposits from Square but they do not show in the Balance.

I use the standard Next Day deposits from Square since they are a Free option.  Here is more on setting this up:

Let us know if the Transfers showed in your BofA account Monday.

@nixonsaintfleur ;

When you do a Transfer on a Weekend, you money is moved out of your Square Account Instantly.

Then your transfer is sent over the Cloud, Internet etc for better understanding.

Now as it is in the Cloud it is waiting for your Bank to open and verify the Money from Square to your Account.

I would follow my first suggestion and setup your Deposits automatically for the next day.  The link for how to do this is in Message 2 of this thread.  I do not know how you previously had your funds transfered or what was changed since you mention " I prefer the 1st way we used" --- I have no idea what this was but think it may have been either my suggestion for Next day automatic transfers, or were you using Square for your your Business account instead of BofA?  Using Square Banking you get a debit card that can access funds from your Square balance all the time from my understanding.  Here is more on Square Banking here:  https://squareup.com/us/en/banking
