I just found out that Square deactivated my account. How do I get the funds that are in my account?

I was just notified that Square deactivated my account. How do I get my funds from sales? They have disabled transfers. Do I need to find another processing company. I have been a customer for years? What is going on. No reason whatsoever!

I'm sorry you are in this position, but this is a question for Square support.  This is just a user support forum with some Square mods but we can't get into in details or see your account.

As with most of Square accounts that have issues you get a 30 day warning of account deactivation for breaking terms of service.  as this person posted about https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Square-Online/Help-Account-deactivation/m-p/726422#M22775
Do you have CBD products?  That is one of the main flags that gets accounts flagged for review.

An actual representative from Square are the only ones that can help you get this figured out.

But yes, as personal advice from a non-Square employee you will need to at least temporarily figure out a different provider as you don't want to keep selling and depositing money into an account you can't access.
