I cannot transfer fund because the transaction is missing in my square balance

I cannot transfer fund because the transaction is missing in my square balance.  I see a donation $1000 transaction made to me over a week ago on 10/27/23, but it’s telling me in my Square and external checking and savings accounts that I can’t make transfers at this times and require 1 to 2 business days to clear. It’s over a week and still not showing funds in my balance screen so that I can transfer!! It’s my first time using and receiving funds, and Square is not helpful.  I can’t find the customer code that need in order to connect call for help and when I get the code from chat it didn’t work.  When I tell the agent in chat it doesn’t and to show me how to check the the customer myself, he or she gave me the same answer and instructions were not helpful! Too complicated and difficult to navigate on square.  Please someone help me asap!!

Hi @AlohaYisrael.  If you go to this link, you will find the Contact Us form.  Select your location and click Next.   Click Call Us, and you will find the customer code just below the phone number.  Personally, I would ignore chat and make the phone call.  I’ve always had the best results doing that.

 

Unfortunately, as a fellow seller, I can’t help you with your issues with your funds not being available.  However, I wish you well and quick resolution.
